Prices as of August 22, 2015 are $40 for the first affidavit or acknowledgement. $30 if 2 or more. Copy Certification of a Document $40 each. Prices include the $5 stamp required by the government of Puerto Rico to be included in each affidavit.
We accept cash and all major credit cards. You can pay for your services through PayPal (a Paypal account is not needed, just an email address where a Paypal email with a secure payment link can be sent).

How much advance notice do you need?
Advance notice is always recommended. Same-day appointments usually can not be accommodated.
How long does the process take?
For most single-page notary jobs, the actual notarizing takes about 5-10 minutes. For complex documents, it can take 30 minutes to well over an hour to go through the document with a notary, depending on the complexity and clarity of the legal documents.
What do I need to bring with me?
A current (expired identifications can't be used) government issued identification with photo and signature (e.g. an official passport or a state-issued driver's license or state-issued identification card from any state of the United States of America, the District of Columbia or of Puerto Rico) is required in order for your documents to be notarized. Copies of IDs are not acceptable.
About Us
My name is Eduardo José Robert Rivera and I obtained a Joint Degree Juris Doctor and Masters in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico in 2007. Admitted to practice law for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico in February 2009; was admitted as a Notary Public for the entire island of Puerto Rico in February 2010. Admitted to practice before the Federal Court for the District of Puerto Rico in the same month. I am also a Member of the Bar Association of Puerto Rico and posses a Bachelorâs Degree in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico.
In the present I run a rewarding private legal practice focusing my efforts on on performing my duties as a Notary Public.
